Exchange Policy

You will be able to exchange most new, unopened items within 15 days of purchase/delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

In case you have purchased something from one of our showrooms that you wish to exchange, you can visit any of our stores (does not necessarily have to be the showroom you bought in the first place) and exchange from there. You can exchange within 15 DAYS of purchasing the product. Know that the product you want in exchange has to be of the same or higher price than the one you have previously purchased. Make sure you have the receipt with you while exchanging the product.

In case you purchased a product from online you wish to exchange, please contact us at +8801754455533 - SUNDAY-THURSDAY (10:30 AM-5:00 PM) to let us know about your exchange issue. Our e-commerce department will guide you through the rest of the process.

Know that for online exchange, you have to select a product that is of the EXACT PRICE as that of the one you have previously purchased.
