We have been informed that scammers are impersonating YELLOW through fake profiles, pages, calls, and messages to deceive customers. They may share false offers or request money through mobile financial services.
YELLOW will never ask you to send money, share OTPs, PINs, card details, or other sensitive financial information through unofficial channels.
If you receive a suspicious call, message, offer, or payment request, do not respond, send money, or share personal information. Report the account and verify the communication through our official channels.
