YELLOW Employee ID Card - Terms and Conditions

The YELLOW card holder must:

  • Abide by all rules and regulations for entering the premises and use the card as identification.

  • Wear the card at all times while on office premises and display it at the entrance when asked.

  • Report any loss of the card immediately to the HR Department.

  • Return the card to the HR Department upon request or upon cessation of employment.

  • Refrain from any misuse of the card. In case of misuse, the card will be retained by HR.
